Nourishing Mothers.
Healing Generations.
Hello! We deliver organic, anti-inflammatory food that lowers inflammation, balances hormones, supports lactation, and increases hydration to postpartum moms.
Our mission is to support women during one of the most vulnerable and overlooked phases of life: postpartum.
Through anti-inflammatory, hormone-supportive meals, trauma-informed education, and community support, we help mothers heal their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and feel grounded in their new identity. Because when a mother is nourished, everything changes — her health, her confidence, her connection to her child, and the foundation of her family.
We are currently raising funds to:
Deliver healing meals directly to postpartum mothers
Provide free and low-cost support groups and workshops
Expand access to mothers who would otherwise go without care
Build a permanent kitchen & community space for anti-inflammatory food, postpartum support, and workshops.

Our Story
Over the 4 years I have owned Grounded by Food, a for-profit meal prep company, pregnant and postpartum women have been a large client base, and I have seen firsthand the life-changing impact nutrition support has. Then, last year, I became a new mom myself and got to experience the importance of postpartum nutrition.
1 in 5 women report experiencing postpartum depression (and that’s just who admit it), and most mothers report feeling undersupported in their postpartum journeys.
That is why I launched The Grounded Mother Project - to make postpartum nutrition accessible to all mothers through paid-for-you meal packages that directly heal inflammation, balance hormones, support lactation, and provide the needed micro-nutrients to support positive mental health.
